Experience: Mary Clarke has over 30 years of experience across regulated consumer markets including the food and beverage, nutrition and personal care sectors. Her successive experience includes roles in process engineering, innovation, marketing and sales, strategic planning and general management.
Mary is currently Senior Vice President, Taste & Beyond Division, at Firmenich. She was previously head of the North American business of Naturex. Mary’s prior background includes executive roles at industry leading firms, including General Manager, Food Ingredients for FMC Corporation, and General Manager, Global Food and Pharmaceutical, for Lubrizol.
Mary was appointed as independent Director of Shiru, a precision fermentation food tech company, in November 2020.
