Based in Sydney, Australia, Lisa is an experienced corporate lawyer and corporate governance professional with more than 20 years of experience in commercial law and corporate affairs. She’s held executive positions with public and private companies in both Australia and Europe. Prior to these roles, Lisa was a senior associate in the corporate and commercial practice of Allens.
