Patrick Bowe

Qualifications:
BArtsSc Political, Sandford University, MA Economics, Stanford Food Research Institute

Appointed: 1 September 2022.

Experience: Mr Bowe has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Andersons, Inc. (listed on NASDAQ) since November 2015.

Previously, he was the Corporate Vice President at Cargill Inc. (January 2007 – September 2015). Prior to this role, Mr Bowe was President of Cargill’s corn wet milling in North America.

Mr Bowe is a current director of Primient (since August 2022), a privately held global food and industrial ingredients company. He is former Chairman of the Toledo Alliance for the Performing Arts Board of Trustees (June 2020 to June 2022) and continues to hold a seat on the board. In addition, he is the current Treasurer and Director of the Toledo Museum of Art (since July 2020).
